💎 SureTokens (Virtual Credits)

• SureTokens are virtual credits

• Tokens have no cash value

• Tokens are non-refundable

• Tokens can only be used within SureChat

SureChat is not responsible for tokens spent voluntarily by users.

🔄 Payments & Transactions

• Users purchase SureTokens at displayed prices

• Token transfers between users and models are final

• We do not reverse completed transactions

• Models may request withdrawals subject to minimum limits and review

All payments are processed at the user’s own risk.

🚫 Refund Policy

All purchases of SureTokens are final.

We do NOT offer refunds for:

• Unused tokens

• Accidental transfers

• Dissatisfaction with services

• Account suspension due to rule violations
