1. Age Requirement
SureChat is an 18+ platform.
By using SureChat, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You will provide truthful information during registration.
Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 years of age will be permanently removed.
2. About SureChat
SureChat is an online platform that allows Members and Creators to:
- Discover new people
- Build friendships
- Socialize
- Chat online
- Join live streams
- Share content
- Offer creator-based online experiences
- Participate in community activities
SureChat provides the platform only.
SureChat is not a matchmaking agency, employment agency, escort agency, or event organizer.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Be responsible for all activity on your account
- Keep your contact information updated
You may not:
- Create fake identities
- Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions
- Sell or transfer your account
- Use another person’s account
4. Creator Accounts
Creators may create public profiles and offer platform-approved services.
Creators are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate profile information
- Following all applicable laws
- Respecting Members
- Providing honest descriptions of their services
SureChat may review, verify, suspend or remove Creator accounts at any time.
Verification does not guarantee visibility, earnings, or platform promotion.
5. Community Rules
All users must treat others respectfully.
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Threats
- Bullying
- Fraud
- Spam
- Fake profiles
- Identity theft
- Malware
- Illegal content
- Copyright infringement
- Attempting to bypass platform security
Users who violate these rules may receive warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal.
6. Member and Creator Safety
Members should always use good judgment when interacting with others.
SureChat cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or behavior of any user.
Users are responsible for their own decisions both online and offline.
Always report suspicious or abusive behavior through our reporting system.
7. Online and Offline Connections
Some users may choose to communicate online only.
Others may choose to meet in person.
Any meetings or private arrangements made outside the SureChat platform are entirely between the users involved.
SureChat is not responsible for any offline interactions, agreements, disputes, or outcomes.
8. Payments & SureTokens
SureTokens are virtual credits used within SureChat.
SureTokens:
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be exchanged for money by Members.
- Are non-transferable unless supported by the platform.
- May only be used for platform features.
All purchases are final unless required by applicable law.
9. Creator Earnings
Eligible Creators may earn income through approved platform features.
Creator earnings are subject to:
- Platform policies
- Identity verification
- Fraud review
- Payment processing requirements
- Minimum withdrawal limits
SureChat may delay or refuse payouts where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
10. Refund Policy
Except where required by law:
- SureToken purchases are non-refundable.
- Completed transactions cannot be reversed.
- Voluntary purchases remain the user’s responsibility.
11. Content
Users remain responsible for content they upload.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content, or
- You have permission to share it.
You grant SureChat a limited license to display your content for operating the platform.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
12. Intellectual Property
The SureChat name, branding, logos, design, software, and platform content are owned by SureChat unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission.
13. Platform Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Uninterrupted access
- Compatibility with every device
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
14. Account Suspension
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Break Community Guidelines
- Engage in fraud
- Harm other users
- Attempt to exploit the platform
Termination decisions are made at our discretion.
15. Limitation of Liability
SureChat provides an online platform for communication and creator services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureChat is not responsible for:
- User conduct
- Creator conduct
- Offline meetings
- Private agreements
- Financial losses
- Personal disputes
- Indirect or consequential damages
Users use the platform at their own discretion and risk.

Your use of SureChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions become effective when published on this website.
Continued use of SureChat after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
