SureChat Prohibited Services Policy

SureChat is an adults-only social discovery, dating, communication and creator platform. It is not an escort directory, prostitution marketplace or adult sexual-services platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited.
1. Sexual Services for Compensation
Users must not offer, request, advertise, negotiate or arrange sexual acts or sexual services in exchange for:
• money;
• SureTokens;
• gifts;
• accommodation;
• transportation;
• employment;
• subscriptions;
• goods;
• favours;
• any other benefit or thing of value.
2. Escort and Prostitution Arrangements
The following are prohibited:
• escort advertisements;
• incall or outcall listings;
• paid companionship used as a disguise for sexual services;
• hourly or overnight sexual-service pricing;
• hotel or room arrangements for commercial sexual activity;
• coded language intended to advertise prostitution;
• moving a prohibited transaction to WhatsApp, Telegram or another platform.
3. Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking
SureChat has zero tolerance for:
• human trafficking;
• forced sexual activity;
• exploitation;
• coercion;
• blackmail;
• sexual extortion;
• controlling another person’s account or earnings;
• advertising another person without their voluntary participation.
4. Minors
No content, communication or activity involving the sexualisation or exploitation of a person under 18 is permitted.
Users must not:
• create an account while under 18;
• pretend to be under 18;
• request content involving minors;
• share sexual images of minors;
• communicate sexually with a person believed to be under 18.
5. Explicit Content
Publicly accessible pornography, explicit sexual performances, nude imagery and graphic sexual material are prohibited.
6. Illegal or Dangerous Activities
Users must not offer or promote:
• illegal drugs;
• weapons;
• fraud;
• stolen goods;
• counterfeit documents;
• money laundering;
• scams;
• unauthorised gambling;
• violence-for-hire;
• any service prohibited by applicable law.
7. Attempts to Avoid Detection
Users must not use coded words, misleading categories, innocent-looking listings, external links or private messages to continue prohibited activity.
SureChat evaluates the true meaning and context of an activity, not only the label used.
8. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, payment restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
