SureChat Community Guidelines

Welcome to SureChat, an adults-only social discovery, dating, chat and creator community. These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour and content expected from every Member and Creator.
By registering, accessing or using SureChat, you agree to follow these Guidelines together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Prohibited Services Policy.
1. Adults Only
SureChat is available only to people who are at least 18 years old.
Users must provide accurate age and identity information when requested. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be suspended while we investigate.
No user may upload, share, request or discuss sexual content involving anyone under 18. Any such activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. Be Honest
Members and Creators must provide accurate information about themselves.
You must not:
• impersonate another person;
• use another person’s photographs without permission;
• create fake profiles;
• misrepresent your identity, age, location or intentions;
• falsely claim to be verified;
• mislead users about products, activities or payments.
3. Respect Other Users
SureChat does not permit:
• bullying;
• harassment;
• stalking;
• threats;
• hateful behaviour;
• unwanted repeated messages;
• blackmail;
• extortion;
• humiliation;
• sharing private information without permission.
Stop contacting another user when they ask you to stop.
4. Consent and Personal Boundaries
All conversations and interactions must be voluntary.
A user may withdraw consent, end a conversation, block another user or decline an invitation at any time.
No user may pressure, threaten, manipulate or financially coerce another person into communication, content creation, meetings or any other activity.
5. Prohibited Sexual and Commercial Activities
SureChat is not an escort, prostitution or sexual-services marketplace.
Users must not advertise, request, negotiate, arrange or facilitate:
• prostitution;
• escort services;
• sexual services for money, tokens, gifts or anything of value;
• paid sexual meetings;
• trafficking or exploitation;
• explicit sexual performances;
• transactions involving sexual acts;
• sexual arrangements made through external messaging applications.
Renaming a prohibited service does not make it acceptable.
6. Appropriate Content
Public profile photographs, cover images, videos, titles and descriptions must be suitable for a mainstream adult social community.
The following are prohibited from public areas:
• nudity;
• visible genitals;
• explicit sexual acts;
• sexually explicit poses;
• pornographic images or videos;
• graphic fetish content;
• sexual solicitation;
• links to prohibited adult services.
Suggestive content may also be removed when it creates a sexual-services or pornography-focused impression.
7. Safe Dating and Meetups
Users who choose Local Social or Online & Local may discuss legitimate social meetings.
For safety, users should:
• meet in a public place;
• tell a trusted person where they are going;
• arrange their own transportation;
• avoid sharing a home address;
• never send money before meeting;
• leave immediately if they feel unsafe.
SureChat does not organise, supervise or guarantee offline meetings.
8. Payments and Tokens
SureTokens and other payment features may be used only for platform-approved activities.
Users must not use tokens or payments to buy, sell or arrange prohibited sexual services.
Payments must not be used for money laundering, fraud, stolen payment methods or chargeback abuse.
9. External Contact Information
Do not use phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, social-media accounts or external links to avoid SureChat safety rules.
SureChat may review or remove public contact details when they create safety, spam or policy concerns.
10. Spam and Promotion
Users must not:
• send repetitive promotional messages;
• post misleading links;
• distribute malware;
• operate pyramid schemes;
• promote illegal products;
• manipulate rankings;
• create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions.
11. Reporting Violations
Use the Report or Block tools when another user violates these Guidelines.
You may also contact:
Include the profile URL, screenshots and a clear description where possible.
12. Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness and history of the violation, SureChat may:
• remove content;
• issue a warning;
• limit account features;
• remove verification;
• suspend an account;
• permanently ban an account;
• withhold or reverse fraudulent transactions where permitted;
• preserve evidence;
• report suspected illegal activity to authorities.
13. Updates
We may update these Guidelines as SureChat develops. Continued use after an update means that you agree to the revised Guidelines.
