Protect Your Account
• Use a strong and unique password.
• Never share your password or login code.
• Do not allow another person to control your account.
• Contact Support if you notice suspicious activity.
Protect Your Privacy
Avoid publicly sharing:
• your home address;
• workplace address;
• national identity number;
• passport details;
• bank account details;
• passwords;
• private photographs;
• precise live location.
Use the available location privacy option and display only the information you are comfortable sharing.
Watch for Scams
Be cautious when someone:
• quickly asks for money;
• requests gift cards or cryptocurrency;
• claims to have an emergency;
• asks for banking information;
• offers guaranteed income;
• asks you to receive or forward money;
• sends suspicious links;
• refuses normal identity verification.
SureChat staff will never ask for your password.
Video and Image Safety
Do not share private content unless you fully understand the risks. A recipient may copy, record or distribute content without permission.
Report threats, blackmail and non-consensual sharing immediately.
Safe Meetups
When meeting someone:
• meet in a busy public location;
• tell a friend or family member;
• keep your phone charged;
• arrange independent transportation;
• do not leave drinks unattended;
• avoid becoming intoxicated;
• do not share your home address during the first meeting;
• leave when you feel uncomfortable.
Consent
Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn at any time.
A match, message, gift, token transfer or previous meeting never creates an obligation for further contact or activity.
Report and Block
Block users who make you uncomfortable.
Report:
• threats;
• harassment;
• fake profiles;
• scams;
• sexual-service advertisements;
• exploitation;
• suspected underage users;
• non-consensual content;
• illegal activity.
